Gold Class Blinds is in the business of supplying high quality window treatments. Starting in Auckland, New Zealand, we have 20 years experience in all aspects of drapes, tracks, and sheers. All blinds including Rollers, Verticals, Venetians, (Wooden, and faux woods) Shutters, crimsafe, including fire exits and fly screens for Commercial, Industrial and Domestic clients; specializing in project management for apartment blocks and resorts. In that time, we have completed some of Auckland’s land mark apartments in the prestigious water front viaduct basin - a Melview project. On last count over 25 major projects equaling 3 million+ in sales .In Australia projects include Outlook apts in Caloundra,Azure and st kitts on kawana island and a refurbishment at sailport in mooloolaba .
Our experience to date has shown us that a lot of companies who operate in this commercial apartment market often fall short on their service delivery promises. At Gold Class Blinds we specialize in the apartment market, we will not muck you around, we deliver when we say, and we will complete the project, right through to installation, on time and in budget.
We are wholesalers and only use Australian custom made quality products with a 24 mth guarantee. We use stainless screws and chain; all of our prices include full installation and GST. Our quoting is free. As you are aware there are imported low budget blinds on offer from the likes of China, We do not and will not supply these. Using sub standard blinds is fraught with problems; in short, you get what you pay for!
There are a few ways we could help you; depending on the stage, we become involved.
A) Replacement of existing window treatments with blinds/drapes or repairs/cleaning
B) Work at development stage of projects to allow the cost of treatments to be factored into the original cost of the project.
C) Allowing us to pre-measure the building on completion. This means the purchases are then given the options on pre selected window treatments (all within body corp. specs.), presented on a color board, or with the option for the client to personalize their décor one on one with our interior designer or we can use yours. (POA). We work from a spreadsheet, so nothing is missed, easing the process for the purchaser, and saving everyone time and money. Their quote will be emailed in spreadsheet format to allow them to swap window treatments. In doing so they can build their own, quote to suit their requirements and budget, this also speeds up delivery. This unique system works very well in this application.
In all of these cases, we have the facilities to handle a development as a whole, or deal with the individual purchasers as they get to the point of occupation.
One of the over riding concerns is to make sure the purchasers are kept up to date, and that the final product also fits with any surrounding factors (building design etc)
We see this as a way of protecting the overall standard of the developments, and by doing so, helping the owners protect the value of the building and their investment.
